Join us October 23rd - 25th on our second Outdoor Leadership trip in Forest Glen Preserve, Illinois! Whether you’re looking to build your leadership skills, gain confidence in the outdoors, become a scout leader, or become a future leader of Nomadology trips, this course is for you!
We’ll cover route planning, water treatment, and bear hangs. We’ll practice demonstrating beginner backpacking lessons, and you’ll get hands-on experience with a variety of sleep systems and cooking systems. You’ll learn about soft skills, group management, pacing, and begin thinking about your leadership style!
Food, group gear, lessons, permits, and campsite reservations are included.
